Starlite Records was founded by record producer Rocco Guarino in Los Angeles, 2021. After years of working with major labels, he decided it was time to create a platform where talent would come first, and artists would never be left behind.

Now based in Nashville, Starlite is an independent label with a big heart. Its home ground is americana, roots rock, and alternative. What matters most is never the genre: talent, originality, and songs.

Starlite isn't just a label; it's personal. The name and vibe are a tribute to Rocco's mom, a talented songwriter in the 1960s whose own music career never got the recognition it deserved. Her spirit and relentless tenacity live on in everything the label does. It is her legacy as much as it is his mission.

We're small but mighty, and music comes first. Always. We rebel against the industry's red tape, stale formulas, and endless gatekeeping. I know what it's like to kick down doors, and I've always got the artist's back. We fight for our people, helping them develop their vision with transparency and teamwork. We believe in collaboration over control. Creating a space where musicians can thrive, creatively and professionally, is our north star.
